Participation in the conference basic part is free and includes the possibility of attending the following events:

  • thematic sessions held on 25-26 September
  • Investments Party.

Each time, the decision on the possibility of participation in the 1st Polish Nigerian Business and Investment Summit PONBIS rests with the Organizers.

Additionally, it is possible to purchase an enhanced access package.

Local Companies/Participants PLN 2,900.00 net + VAT (local stakeholders / organizations are those which are headquartered in Poland).

International Companies/Participants: 1000 euros.

Once we confirm your registration and payment, we will send your invitation letter via DHL and a copy to the embassy, however, the Polish Consular reserves the right to issue or refuse your visa application based on the information available to him. In this case, a refund will be made within two week, less 20% administrative fee.

Should you be registered but unable to attend, a refund of the 50% registration fee, less a 15% administrative charge, will be made for cancellations received via e-mail at least 10 working days before the event starts. Participants who cancel after this date or do not attend the conference will be charged the full amount.

We will be pleased to transfer your registration to another member of your company, or credit the amount paid for your event ticket to another PONBIS event that takes place within 12 months from the date of the event you registered for.

In case the event is cancelled, PONBIS liability is limited to the refund of the conference registration fee only.

PONBIS reserves the right to alter or cancel, without prior notice, any of the arrangements relating directly or indirectly to an event, for any circumstances beyond PONBIS's reasonable control. In this case, PONBIS liability is limited to the refund of the full ticket fee only.
